Colorado State University and PBR are joining forces to bring you the Best of the West featuring Cross Canadian Ragweed and Jon Pardi!
This July, PBR’s Last Cowboy Standing takes over Colorado State University’s Canvas Stadium for two nights of adrenaline-fueled action and unforgettable music.
Some of the world’s top bull riders will go head-to-head with the rankest bulls on the planet in a fierce showdown where the last man standing walks away a legend. But that’s just the beginning.

On July 21, 35 riders attempt one bull each, with the Top 20 advancing to Round 2 on July 22. The Top 8 advance to Round 3, and the Top 4 to Round 4. The fifth and final round will feature each contender with a score from Round 4, and the rider with the top score will be crowned the Last Cowboy Standing and win $100,000.

Due to a recent back surgery, Tim McGraw, originally scheduled to perform on July 21st, will no longer be able to perform at this event. We wish Tim a full and speedy recovery. In his place, we’re thrilled to welcome Cross Canadian Ragweed, reuniting after 15 years to bring their powerhouse country rock sound to Fort Collins for an unforgettable night following Last Cowboy Standing.
